    I found this by accident and it was a great experience. The hot dog was very good, tasty and I liked that it has pineapple which makes it different. It's not anymore a restaurant, it's a food truck and certainly I'm going to follow where they are every week to get this great hot dog again.

    GREAT flavors and the best buns ever! Tried this for the first time recently at the markets in Scottsdale and it was beyond what I expected. Side of fries were delicious too! The service was good and it was definitely busy. The food truck had little buzzers for customers to take so you didnt need to hang around and listen for a number. I will definitely be back!

    Needed a quick bite after an appointment & Simon's hot dog popped up. I had the coloumbian pork hot dog with Simon's sauce, chips, & pineapple. The columbian hot dog had sooo much flavor I could've just eaten a plain one, however, the sweet pineapple & his sauce gave it that extra flavorful balance. The kicker was the chips which added awesome texture to the hot dog. Thanks, Simon! I'll be back with some friends.

    The food and service here are unbeatable! My husband and I were sad to hear that this place was closing down, but excited to hear that they will be continuing as a food truck, so we will definitely be on the lookout to see where they will be posting up at so we can get some more of their amazing food!
